Hello! I’ll start with my collaged journal [finally finished!]

So, today is my first day actually writing in the journal above. Inside it, I wrote down everything I ate, drank, and partook in [activity wise and workout wise] on the left page [imagine a book opened with two sides showing]. On the right page, I will write my feelings and such for the day. Miscellaneous info. Inspiration, motivation, and my favorite word/phrase/quote from one of the 3 collages that I feel best relates/helped me through the day. I think it’s a pretty cool idea! It will definitely keep me motivated.
Why am I buckling down all of a sudden? Well, in 60 days as of today [this is the countdown], I am going to Florida to visit my friend who I haven’t seen since he moved down there a year ago. I am SO excited! But one thing that I know for certain is that if I do not feel comfortable with my body, I am NOT fun to be around on the beach and stuff. Actually, I just won’t go to the beach at all if I don’t feel comfortable in my skin. So, this is a carefully constructed self-given challenge with the following goals:
Concentrate on getting into shape.
Work on confidence. Affirmations!
Vegan vegan vegan! The ‘Skinny Bitch’ book is a main reference/meal plan.
Feel sexy in my bikinis! haha. but seriously. 😛
Inspire others who want to get in shape to feel better about themselves, that they can do it, too! 🙂
I am so stoked to fill the pages of the journal! Tomorrow I start school though, so I better get to bed! Speaking of, that’s another thing that I am logging in the notebook: SLEEP! I must start getting sufficient sleep if I want to feel optimally healthy. Hehe 😀 Feel free to join me in this challenge if you’d like to!
